New Chief Executive Officer

Søren Klarskov Vilby will take up the postion on 1 December 2010, and will, from that date, together with Gert Vinther Jørgensen, CFO, constitute the management of Nielsen & Nielsen Holding A/S.

Søren Karskov Vilby will continue to hold the position as CEO of Micro Matic A/S.
